Studio Introductory Package - $100
The Introductory Package is a perfect way to start at Seascape Pilates NL, and includes two 1 hour sessions. During the first session, you will be introduced to the principles of Pilates, you will receive a quick posture assessment, a profile will be created for you, and you will be introduced to the various pieces of apparatus. During the second session you will receive a full hour of Pilates training. The Total for this package is $100 (taxes included)
Matwork Course - $80
Matwork Courses are currently being offered at the spectacular Quidi Vidi Brewery Taproom. Courses run for 5 weeks and are 1 hour sessions. All small equipment used will be provided. However, you must bring your own Pilates Mat (at least 10mm thickness recommended or two Yoga Mats).
Block Sessions
Terms and Conditions - Once purchased block sessions never expire and can be used whenever you wish subject to availability. All sessions require advance booking and 8 hour cancellation prior to the start of your session is permitted without penalty. If you cancel within the 8 hour notice period you will lose your booked session.
5 Private Studio Sessions - $250
5 Duo Studio Sessions - $300 (or $150 per person, must come as the same pair for all booked sessions)
5 Studio Group Classes - $100 (maximum of 3 participants. Booking required in advance and is on a first come first served basis. Group Classes are scheduled sessions and will run only when at least 2 participants have registered.
5 Matwork Classes - $80 (available to purchase once completed Matwork Course or Studio Introductory Package)
10 Matwork Classes - $140 (available to purchase once completed Matwork Course or Studio Introductory Package)
Pay As You Go
Terms and Conditions - All sessions must be booked in advance and your place is not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellation is permitted without penalty as long as 8 hour notice has been provided.
Private Studio Session - $60
Duo Studio Session - $80 (or $40 each person, must come as a pair)
Studio Group Session - $30 (available to purchase once completed Studio Introductory Package)
Matwork Class - $18 (available to purchase once completed Matwork Course or Studio Introductory Package)
