Escape the everyday and immerse yourself in seven days of movement, relaxation, and breathtaking natural beauty at Seascape Pilates NL's exclusive Pilates Retreat in Costa Rica. Nestled high in the prestigious Ladera del Mar community, Casa Centinela is a spectacular 6,500 sq. ft. luxury villa surrounded by lush tropical jungle and commanding unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Located just six minutes from the vibrant beach town of Playas del Coco, this private gated estate offers the perfect balance of tranquility, luxury, and convenience. Whether you’re looking to deepen your Pilates practice, recharge your body and mind, or simply enjoy a week in paradise, this retreat has been thoughtfully designed to nourish and inspire.

Daily Retreat Experience

Each day begins with an energizing Pilates session as the sun rises over the Pacific.

7:00 AM – Morning Pilates Class

8:00 AM – Chef- prepared gourmet breakfast

Spend your afternoons relaxing by the infinity pool, exploring nearby beaches, enjoying local excursions, or simply taking in the stunning ocean views. As the day winds down, reconnect with your body through an evening Pilates practice.

7:00 PM – Evening Pilates Class

8:00 PM – Chef-prepared dinner

With two daily Pilates classes and delicious meals prepared for you, every detail is designed to support wellness, balance, and relaxation.

Accommodations

All guest rooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, luxurious furnishings, smart TVs and private balcony or terrace with stunning ocean views. Single and double occupancy options are available to suit your budget and travel preferences. Two of the rooms also offer two-person jacuzzi tubs on the balconies.

There is Air Conditioning and WiFi throughout, dining space for up to 18 guests and a lounge area on each floor. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is offered for your convenience. Pilates sessions will be held near the pool in the shaded area of the villa. Pool Pilates may also be an occassional refreshing option.

Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Single occupancy only guaranteed for three participants. Reserve early to secure your preferred room.

Dining Experience

Breakfast and Dinner throughout the retreat will be prepared by Chef Nelson Arias of Secrets Private Chef Services, known for creating exceptional culinary experiences that showcase fresh local ingredients and vibrant flavors. Chef Nelson brings a passion for hospitality and Costa Rican cuisine, crafting nourishing and memorable meals that complement the retreat experience.

We are committed to making every guest feel cared for, and all dietary requests and restrictions will be accommodated to the best of Chef Nelson’s ability.

What’s Not Included

Flights - You are responsible for purchasing flights to and from Liberia International Airport (LIR)
Medical Coverage - Travel insurance with emergency medical coverage (mandatory for all participants). Proof of coverage must be provided prior to joining the retreat.
Optional daytime excursions and activities - A selection of carefully planned excursions will be available at an additional cost but participation is entirely optional. Details of optional planned excursions will be available once registered

Additional Information

Standard yoga mats will be provided for all Pilates classes. Guests who prefer a thicker Pilates mat are welcome to bring their own.
Alcohol is permitted within moderation at the villa but will not be provided as part of the retreat package.
Emergency Medical Travel Insurance is mandatory for participation by each individual, however a comprehensive travel insurance package that also includes trip cancellation or lost/stolen/damaged goods is also recommended.

How to Book

To reserve your space contact Jen at info@seascapepilatesnl.com to express your interest.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 will be required to secure your space.
You will then be sent a floor plan of the accommodation and asked what room you request. Room allocation is made on a first come/first serve basis.
Once the deposit has been received at the time of booking, the remaining total can either be paid in full or paid in three additional instalments in September 2026, November 2026, and January 2027. Invoices will be sent at the time of booking, outlining what is owed when.

Playa Del Coco and surrounding beaches are stunning and inspire relaxation and mindfulness. The thing that I loved most about being in Costa Rica at the end of the dry season, was there were no pesky bugs interfering with lounging or outdoor dining. The local people are so friendly and truly live a "Pura Vida" (pure life) culture. It will be a beautiful experience you will never forget!
